Hostel / bunkhouse-style accommodation as follows:

A large sitting/dining/kitchen space opens onto a sunny outside terrace. There is a stone fireplace with wood-burning stove (logs supplied) and a piano, along with other instruments, for guests to use.

The kitchen is complete with stainless steel double sink, two gas hobs, an electric oven and a large fridge. The kitchen also has a microwave, a toaster and masses of pans.

Accommodation is in five separate bedrooms: 2 rooms with 2 bunks; 1 room with 2 bunks + double fold-out bed; 1 room with 4 bunks; and 1 room with 6 bunks. Beds come with pillows and duvets, made up with clean linen.

There are two good sized shower rooms with toilets + an additional toilet.

Wheelchairs: one of the shower rooms is adapted for disabled people with wheelchair access. The hostel is fully ramped and has achieved the Scottish Tourist Board award of Assisted Wheelchair Access for Residents.

Outside: a grassy area surrounds the hostel, complete with picnic tables and BBQs (charcoal available to purchase). Please note, only the terrace area is contained - children and dogs will need to be supervised
